Rules for the students for getting admission:

1. The student wishing to get admission in JAMIAH QASIMIYAH ARABIYYAH has to send an application after tenth of shaban with 5 Rs. + 5 Rs. (five for from fee & 5 Rupees postal charge) after receiving your application and Rs. 3 a form will be sent to you, after receiving the form you have to submit all the detail asked, in a clean & tidy form in the MADARASAH due care should be taken that no damage is incurred to the form.
2. After reding the details of the form we will reply you of its acceptance/rejection
3. Student applying for admission should have completed the recital of Quran by sight (Nazrah) and should have studied Gujarati / School up to std 5th
4. Pupils age should be of at least 11 years and pupils below this age will not be admitted.
5. Those pupils who are not capable to cope up with our academic syllabus or whose character is not good if such students are expelled of our from the institution in accordance with the esteemed opinion of our teachers in such cases you will have no right to object.
6. after the application is accepted the student has to be present with their parents / guardians and must carry the following things : a bedding, 2 nos bed sheets, a towel, a suitcase, a bucket, a glass, 4 pairs of cloths & etc.
7. Admission will be granted only after passing through the exam conducted by the Madrasah.
8. After admission, admission fee Rs. 30 is to be paid and without fee no admission shall be granted and if one leaves the Madrasah after being admitted even then for will not be returned.
9. If the pupils are in English type hair style or the students with out beard have long hair then no admission will be granted without cutting off the hair.
10. forms of those students will not be accepted who come with out their parents or guardians.
11. You will have no right to ask the reason the for the rejectance of the form.

Rules to be followed by the students:

1. Every student has to wake up with morning Azan and after retrieving one self one has to offer Faj’r prayer with Jamaat and after Nmaz has to recite Quran Kareem and along with it has to complete what ever be the Schedule of the MADARASAH.
2. One has to offer punctually the daily five prayers and also Friday prayer only in the MADRASAH’S Mosque.
3. One has to keep one’s mode of life, appearance, hair, beard, etc in accordance with the Islamic law, if the said conditions are not fulfilled one will be expelled from the MADRASAH.
4. With out the permission of honorable principal no student will be allowed to go out of MADRASAH during the day or night and will not be permitted to leave the Lessons with out permission.
5. One will not be permitted to further standard if his absence exceeds more than 40 days during an academic year.
6. During illness or in any other reasonable matter one has to submit application to principal and ask for leave and the application should be either in Urdu, Arabic or Persian.
7. It is a binding on you to reside in those rooms which the administrators allot you.
8. It will always be a biding on you to respects the esteemed teachers, Scholars and the Servants of the MADRASAH.
9. It is strictly prohibited to take bath on Streams, Lakes, Rivers or Walls. If any students goes against this rules and met with an incident in such a case the institution will not be responsible.
10. Additions such as Smoking, Cigarette etc are strictly prohibited.
11. One will be expelled from the MADRASAH if Quarrel with any one.
12. On the occasion of sickness / on any occasion it is necessary for you to have your own utensil to carry food on your rooms and if you fail to have your own utensil you will not be permitted to carry food in the utensil of the Institution.
13. What so ever complaint there be it must be placed before the esteemed principal either directly or in written.
14. What ever pocket money you have it should be deposited in the office of the MADARASAH after opening you’re a/c as to avoid the fear of money being stolen.
15. One has to obey each & every order of the Supervisor students showing rudeness / disrespect towards him would be liable / subject to strict punishment.
16. It is abiding on the parents / guardians to remain be present whenever called by the MADRASAH in connection to any complaint of the students or due to any other reason.
17. Student causing damage to the trees, fruits, flowers or any other things of the MADRASAH shall be punished.
18. It should be noted that the institution will not be held responsible if the student flees from the MADRASAH or met with any incident.
19. The parents of every student has to give written guarantee of three years for the Hif’z class and eight years for Aalim class during this period the parents will not permitted to separate their children from the MADRASAH if this rule is broken the parents will be held solely responsible.
20. It is not allowed for the students to let their guest reside in the MADRASAH with out the permission of the principal.
21. Students failing three subjects will not be promoted to further class.
22. Leave of more than 24 hours will not be granted in case of any marriage occasion or on the death of some one.
23. It is abiding on the student to follows the rules mentioned and also those rules which will be placed from time to time on the notice board.
24. The parents of the students will not have any right to appeal in the court of law if the principal expels the student on breaking any of the laws of the institution.
